Delicious Pineapple Dole Whip Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat for creamier texture)
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Optional: fresh pineapple slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Ensure the pineapple chunks are frozen before starting. If using canned coconut milk, shake the can well before measuring.
Blend the Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey or agave syrup, and fresh lime juice.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. If it’s too thick to blend, you can add a little more coconut milk, a tablespoon at a time.
Serve Immediately: Scoop the Pineapple Dole Whip into serving bowls or glasses. You can enjoy it immediately for a soft-serve consistency or freeze for 30-60 minutes for a firmer texture.
