Fluffy Bread Recipe.
Ingredients:
150ml warm milk
4g dry yeast or 12g fresh yeast
30g softened butter
1 large egg, room temperature
⅓ teaspoon salt
40g sugar
320-350g all-purpose wheat flour
Method:
Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it activate (5-10 mins).
Add butter, egg, salt, and half the flour. Mix.
Add remaining flour gradually. Knead until smooth (10 mins).
Let it rise (1-2 hours) until doubled.
Shape into a loaf, let rise again (30-45 mins).
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 mins or until golden.
