Healthy Oatmeal, Apple and Carrot Recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups oatmeal
1 large grated apple
1 large grated carrot
1/2 cup nuts (like walnuts or almonds)
1/4 cup sugar-free raisins
1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, apple, carrot, nuts, raisins, cinnamon, and salt.
Add coconut oil or olive oil and mix well until combined.
Shape mixture into balls or pieces as desired.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Let cool before serving.
