Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillet

Ingredients:
For the Fish:
4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice and zest of 2 lemons
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the fish fillets with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the fish fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake the fish in the oven for 8-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare the lemon butter sauce. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the fish fillets with the lemon butter sauce spooned over the top.
