Cheese Tortellini Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:
1 (20 oz) bag refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped bell peppers or black olives for topping
Directions:
Preheat
Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Ingredients
Boil the cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Assemble
In a large bowl, toss the cooked tortellini with marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix in half of the mozzarella and all of the Parmesan.
Bake
Pour everything into the baking dish. Top with the rest of the mozzarella and layer on the pepperoni slices (and any optional toppings).
Garnish and Serve
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
