Banana-Chocolate Peanut Energy Bars
Here’s the recipe for the No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bar with Milka (or any milk chocolate) — rich, chewy, and super easy to make .
Ingredients:
250 g Milka chocolate (or any milk chocolate bar)
2 cups rolled oats
100 g butter (unsalted)
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: crushed nuts, banana slices, or caramel for filling
Instructions:
Prepare the base:
In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and honey over low heat.
Stir until smooth and slightly thickened (about 3–4 minutes).
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and rolled oats. Mix well to coat evenly.
Assemble:
Line a rectangular mold or tray with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Pour half of the oat mixture into the mold and press it down firmly.
Optionally, add a layer of sliced bananas, nuts, or caramel in the center.
Then place the Milka chocolate bar on top as shown in your photo.
Cover with the remaining oat mixture and press gently to shape it evenly.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (until firm).
Finish:
Once set, remove from the mold.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with crushed nuts or oats for decoration.
Serving Tips:
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Perfect as a snack, dessert, or energy bar.
