SUGAR COOKIE FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
Base Fudge
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-oz) bag white chocolate chips
1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter
1–2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sugar cookie mix OR ¼ cup powdered sugar + ¼ cup flour + pinch of salt
½ tsp almond extract (optional but magical)
Decorations
Holiday sprinkles (red + green for extra festive love)
Crushed sugar cookies (optional but amazing)
METHODS (THE FULL PROCESS)
METHOD 1: STOVETOP (Traditional and Perfect)
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, add butter + condensed milk. Melt over medium-low heat.
Add the white chocolate chips and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in vanilla, almond extract, and sugar cookie mix.
Mix until thick, glossy, and silky.
Pour mixture into your pan.
Immediately top with sprinkles or crushed cookies.
Chill for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares.
METHOD 2: MICROWAVE (Fast & Fool-Proof)
Add butter, condensed milk, and white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Add vanilla + cookie mix.
Stir well, pour into pan, decorate, and chill.
