Ingredients:

– 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

– 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

– 1 lemon, sliced

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

1. **Marinate the Chicken:**
