Potato Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
Salt, to taste
5 eggs
Small amount of butter
Preparation:
Boil Potatoes: Boil chopped potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with half the butter and 2 egg yolks. Refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
Prepare Coating: Prepare 3 plates: flour, breadcrumbs, and beaten eggs (3 eggs).
Shape Balls: Shape mashed potatoes into balls.
Coat Balls: Coat each ball with flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry Balls: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry potato balls until golden brown.
Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!
You can adjust the amount of salt and add other seasonings according to your taste preferences.
