Lemon Herb Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients:
4 fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh if available)
1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Marinate Fish:
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and brush the marinade over them. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Bake:
Bake the fish fillets in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish & Serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with lemon slices and extra parsley if desired. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
Tips:
For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of paprika or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
