Homemade Chocoflan

The impossible cake that always surprises!
_ Ingredients:
For the cake:
✅ 1 chocolate cake mixing box
✅ 3 eggs
✅ ½ cup of oil
✅ 1 cup of water
For flan:
✅ 1 can of condensed milk
✅ 1 can of evaporated milk
✅ 4 eggs
✅ 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
For candy:
✅ 1 cup of sugar
_ Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the candy:
• In a pan over medium heat, break the sugar until you get a golden candy.
• Pour the candy at the bottom of a mold and let cool.
2️⃣ Prepare the cake mixture:
• Follow the instructions in the box and mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
• Pour the mixture on the caramel in the mold.
3️⃣ Prepare the flan:
• Lica condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla until you integrate.
• Pour the flan mixture on the cake dough, it will be separated during baking.
4️⃣ Bake in a water bath:
• Cover the mold with foil.
• Place the mold inside a hot water tray up to half the mold.
• Bake at 175 ° C (350 ° F) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until inserting a stick into the flan, it comes out clean.
5️⃣ cool, refrigerate and unmold:
• Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
• Pass a knife through the edges and turn over a large plate.
_Extra typ: decorate with chopped nuts, whipped cream or more caramel for an extra touch.
