Garlic Butter Sautéed Mushrooms with Fresh Parsley

Here is a simple and perfect recipe for the buttery garlic mushrooms shown in your image! 

- Garlic Butter Mushrooms Recipe

- Ingredients:

500 g fresh mushrooms (whole, cleaned)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3–4 garlic cloves (minced)

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

1 tsp paprika (optional)

A handful of fresh parsley (chopped)

½ tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

- Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.

Keep them whole (as shown in the image).

2️⃣ Sear the mushrooms

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the mushrooms flat side down (don’t overcrowd).

Cook for 4–5 minutes until golden.

3️⃣ Add butter & garlic

Add the butter to the pan.

Once melted, add the minced garlic.

Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

4️⃣ Season

Add salt, pepper, and paprika.

Mix gently to coat the mushrooms well.

5️⃣ Finish with parsley

Add chopped parsley and cook 1 more minute.

(Optional) Add a small splash of lemon juice for freshness.
