Fluffy Apple Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 grated apple

150 g natural yogurt

1 egg

100 g flour (wheat or oat)

1 tsp baking powder

Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Make the Batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt and egg until smooth.

Stir in the grated apple.

Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon or vanilla if using.

Gently mix until you have a thick, smooth batter.

2. Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.

Spoon small amounts of batter into the pan to form mini pancakes.

Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden and fluffy.

3. Serve

Enjoy warm, topped with honey, nut butter, or fresh fruit.
