Collagen Toner with Cloves

Ingredients:
• 7–8 whole cloves (or 1 tsp ground cloves) – stimulates circulation, rich in antioxidants
• ½ cup green tea (cooled) – contains catechins that protect collagen and fight free radicals
• ½ cup rose water – hydrates and soothes skin
• 1 tsp aloe vera gel – calms, hydrates, supports collagen
• 2–3 drops vitamin E oil – nourishes and prevents oxidative stress
• Optional: 2–3 drops lemon juice OR 1 pinch vitamin C powder – boosts collagen synthesis (use only if your skin tolerates it, avoid if sensitive)
Instructions:
Make the clove infusion: Boil ½ cup water with cloves for 5–7 minutes. Let cool and strain.
Prepare green tea separately and let it cool completely.
Mix together clove infusion, green tea, and rose water in a clean bowl.
Add aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil. Stir well.
(Optional) Add a few drops of lemon juice or vitamin C powder for extra collagen support.
Pour into a sterilized glass spray bottle or jar.
How to Use:
• After cleansing, spray or dab the toner onto your skin with a cotton pad.
• Follow with your usual serum or moisturizer.
• Best stored in the refrigerator and used within 7–10 days.
⚠️ Notes:
• If using vitamin C or lemon juice, only apply this toner at night, as it may increase sun sensitivity.
• Always patch test first. If you feel burning/irritation, dilute with more rose water.
