Clove & Bay Leaf Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 cloves

 

2 bay leaves

 

1 cup of water

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Boil 1 cup of water in a pot.

 

 

2. Add 2 cloves and 2 bay leaves.

 

 

3. Let it simmer for about 5–7 minutes.

 

 

4. Strain into a cup.

 

 

5. Drink warm. (You may add honey or lemon if you like).
