Cheesy Beef Quesadilla Wrap (Crispy & Juicy)

. Ingredients
300 g ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp tomato paste (optional, for extra richness)
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella (or a mix)
4 large flour tortillas
Butter or oil, for frying
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
. Instructions
Cook the beef:
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a little oil, then sauté the onion until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned. Season with paprika, cumin, chili, salt, and pepper. Stir in tomato paste if using. Remove from heat.
Assemble the wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat. Sprinkle cheese over half, add a generous layer of beef, then more cheese. Fold the tortilla over tightly.
Crisp them up:
Heat a pan with a small amount of butter or oil over medium heat. Cook each wrap 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
Serve:
Slice in half, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
