Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs

Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small cubes of cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
For the sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French dressing
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt and pepper.
Flatten each biscuit into a thin round. Place a small cube of cheddar cheese and a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
Bring the edges of the biscuit up and around the filling, pinching them together to seal and form a ball.
Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Mix together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Serve the cheeseburger bombs with the sauce for dipping.
